Fried chicken wings

Tender, juicy, spicy-sweet chicken wings are a recipe for Chinese cuisine.

chicken wings - 700 g, soy sauce - 200 ml, water - 200 ml, unrefined brown sugar - 100 g, rice wine - 200 ml, green onion - 4 pcs.

Peel the chicken wings, rinse and dry. Finely chop the spring onions and mix them with the soy sauce, water, rice wine or sherry and unrefined sugar. Place the prepared wings in a wok or deep frying pan and pour over the cooked mixture with the spring onions. Bring to a boil and simmer over a medium heat for about 45 minutes, until the fried wings are very soft. Remove the fried wings from the sauce and serve hot or cold.
