Tobacco chicks-2

1 serving

A tobacco chicken is a chicken fried whole in a frying pan under a load. To make this dish, you need a broiler chicken, preferably not too large.

chicken - 1 pc., melted butter - 1.5-2 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste, pepper to taste

Cut the prepared, gutted chicken carcass along the abdomen, turn and beat with a pull so that the carcass takes a flat shape. Put the legs in the "pockets, " and bend the wings to the back. Salt, pepper from the inside and outside. Heat the pan with melted butter, put the prepared carcass on it, close with a plate and place the load on top of it. Fry the tobacco chickens over a medium heat for 20-25 minutes, then turn over and continue to fry until tender (approximately another 20-25 minutes). Serve the fried potatoes or tomatoes to the tobacco chickens side dish, separately in a saucepan - garlic, ground with salt and seasoned with broth.
