Cut the processed chicken into portions, salt, fry in hot oil, browning on all sides, and put on a plate. Peel the mushrooms, rinse thoroughly, separate the legs, cut the hats into 4 parts, put everything in the sauce, salt, pepper and cook for 30 minutes, then put the chicken and cook until the liquid evaporates. Serve, sprinkled with parsley greens. Separately, you can serve sour cream in a saucepan.
