Chicken under chocolate sauce

Add salt to the chicken, fill with mince made from white bread chopped into pieces, milk, part of melted butter, eggs, chopped sausages, black pepper, part of sage and one crushed slice of garlic. Then put the stuffed chicken on a baking sheet, rub with a mixture of "chili, " sprinkle with the remaining sage and bake in oil for about one hour along with two wedges of garlic and nonnaresed onion. We will remove the finished chicken from the baking sheet, and put cocoa powder, wine in the resulting juice, bring the mixture to a boil, after which we add more cream, and drain the sauce again. We put the chicken cut into pieces on a dish, pour the sauce into a saucepan and serve it all together on the table.
