cut the chicken in half, gently beat off on the board with a wooden hammer so that the bones separate from the meat. cut the meat into strips (1x3 cm). on a flat platter, mix the chicken meat strips with salt and leave for 15 minutes. drain the released liquid. finely chop the onion. sprinkle the strips of chicken meat with chopped onions, ground red pepper, gently stir, powder with starch through a sieve and stir gently again. heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and brown chicken pieces in it over high heat.
