Borani with green beans
Cut the green beans into pieces, boil. Add finely chopped spring onions, basil greens, char, tarragon, parsley, cilantro, dill, cloves, ground cinnamon, salt and mix. Put the melted butter and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Fry the chicken, cut into portions. Pour the matsoni into a piece of double gauze and hang to glass the liquid. Pour over the whipped matsoni and sprinkle with the crushed sugar and cinnamon.
