Pilaf with dried uruk

Fry onions in highly heated fat, put lean beef chopped into pieces, carrots shredded with straws, season with salt, spices, pour water. When the zirvak boils, add a dried uryuk of the "kandak" or "isfarak" variety thoroughly washed in cold water (uryuk must be dried in the sun). Then fill the prepared rice and cook in the usual way. Pilaf with uruk is served in separate plates.
