Vermicelli pilaf

Zirvak for pilaf is prepared as for other variants of pilaf, but only instead of rice they lay vermicelli. Pre-grind the vermicelli like rice (sift, separate the flour). Pour some water to barely cover the vermicelli and cook as indicated in other recipes. Before serving, place the vermicelli pilaf on a slide on a dish. Serve a radish salad to the pilaf.

vermicelli - 600 g, soft meat - 500 g, pork fat - 350 g, carrots - 40 g, onions - 2-3 pcs., salt to taste, spices to taste, bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.
