Fried liver with sour cream
The liver with pork speck stewed in sour cream sauce will be very juicy and tender.

Wash the liver, peel from films, cut into portions, salt, coat with chopped pork speck, simmer on a low heat for no more than 10 minutes. If pink juice does not flow from the liver, it is ready.
