Mushroom omelette

cut the mushrooms into small wedges, put out with margarine 5-10 minutes. Whisk the egg whites, and shift the yolks with flour, water and salt. you get non-empty dough (like sour cream). put mushrooms, finely chopped ham in the prepared dough and carefully introduce whipped proteins. put the finished mass in a pan, greased with oil, and bake in the oven. sprinkle with greens before serving.
