Liver filling

How to make a filling from the liver: For potato pies, boil the potatoes in your uniform in advance. To do this, wash the potatoes, put in a saucepan, pour cold water, put on a heat, bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat until tender (about 20 minutes).
You can take any liver for filling. Before preparing the filling from the liver, rinse the chicken (or pork) liver, cut out the bile ducts.
Peel, wash and finely chop the onions.
For the filling: put the prepared liver in a saucepan, pour cold water, bring to a boil, boil over a low heat (about 15 minutes). You can fry the liver in heated vegetable oil (so the liver in the filling will be more aromatic).
