Meat with salted potatoes

Potatoes are peeled and cut into thin circles. Heat the oil and fry the potatoes until the slices are folded. At the same time, you should not fry all the potatoes at once: you do not need to rush to turn it over in a pan - the potatoes should fry properly. When all the potatoes are toasted, they spray salt water on them. The potatoes are put back in the pan and fried until the slices start to crisp. Excess oil is drained from pan. Ginger and garlic are milled, onions are thinly chopped, meat - in small pieces. One toasts half of chopped onions in oil, on which potatoes are fried. Melted garlic and ginger are added there, fried for 5 minutes, then meat and the rest of the onions are added. Roast until the meat is brownish. Adding hot water, stew until there is little gravy left and the meat is soft. Potato slices are placed around the pieces of meat. Served hot on the table.
