Meat with mushrooms and vegetables

Cut the meat into cubes, mix with tomato paste and soy sauce and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Cut the onions with rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden. Put out of the pan. Scoop the carrots with thin wedges and fry until soft. Lay out. Roughly cut and fry mushrooms. In the pan, heat the oil and pour in the meat. When the meat gives juice, reduce the fire, add water, close with a lid and simmer until tender. Put vegetables and mushrooms in the finished meat, salt, pepper and stir well. You can add more tomato sauce (to taste). Simmer for 10 minutes under the lid.
