Pasta with meat (navy style)
40 min (your 20 min)40 min your 20 minNavy pasta does not lose its popularity. A simple recipe is fried minced meat with onions mixed with boiled pasta. Meat for minced meat can be used any.
Pasta - 300 g, Meat (pork, beef, chicken) - 250 g, Onions - 80 g (1 pc.), Butter (or margarine) - 50 g, Water or meat broth - 140 ml, Salt - 1 tsp (to taste), Ground pepper - 1-2 pinches, Greens (to serve, optional) - to tasteNavy pasta recipe products in front of you.
Cut the meat into pieces.
Grind the meat in a meat grinder or chop very finely.
Peel and dice the onions.
Heat the pan, melt half the oil or margarine. Lay out the onions. Saute over a moderate heat, stirring, 5-7 minutes.
Heat another pan (or remove the fried onions from the pan beforehand), melt the second part of the oil or margarine. Lay out the mince.
Fry the minced meat, stirring, 4-5 minutes, over a medium heat. Then add the browned onions, salt (about 0. 5 teaspoons), pepper. Pour in hot water or stock. Cover and simmer the minced onions for about 15 minutes over a medium heat.
