Mashed potatoes with ground meat

pass the meat with the onions through a meat grinder and fry in a closed saucepan. when the meat is fried, pour some broth into it, put in the oven and simmer until soft, then pass again through the meat grinder, wipe through a sieve, add 1 tablespoon of white sauce, stir, let boil again and serve with mashed potatoes.
