Potatoes stewed with tatar meat

rinse the flesh of any meat, cut into 2-3 pieces, pour two glasses of water, salt and cook until tender. then remove, cool, cut into small pieces. peel and rinse the potatoes, cut in half (and if large, then in four parts) and cook in salted water. in a separate pan, fry onions and carrots in oil. put meat, then potatoes, in another pan or in a saucepan, and onions with carrots on top. all this is poured with broth, pepper and put on the stove or in the oven. potatoes with meat can be stewed in another way: cut the meat into pieces of about 80-100 g, pepper, bake in flour, put in a pan, fry until brown on all sides. pour 1 cup of water into the same pan, boil with the meat juice, strain and pour into a pan of meat. add some more water and simmer for 1 -
1. 5 hours over low heat. put finely chopped fried onions and boiled potatoes, bay leaves, 3 - 4 black peppercorns and simmer all this over a low heat for another 25 - 30 minutes.

potatoes - 800 g, any meat - 500 g, onions - 120 g, carrots - 80 g, broth - 1 cup, flour - 1 tbsp. spoon, vegetable oil - 60 g, or fat - 60 g, spices to taste, salt to taste
