Meat-stuffed potatoes

coarse potatoes of the same size are slightly boiled in salted boiling water. peel off the skin and gently spoon out the contents of the potatoes, leaving the walls so thick that they do not break. take cooked or fried meat for minced meat, pass it through a meat grinder, fry lightly in oil, add salt, pepper, sour cream or broth, crushed crumbs and mix everything well. stuff potatoes with this mass, cover them with cut tops, fold them into a pan or sheet, sprinkle with crumbs, drizzle with oil on top and brown in the oven. serve the ready-made potatoes with mushroom sauce or onion with cumin. sprinkle chopped parsley or dill with chopped greens.
