Stewed courgettes with minced cutlets

Cut the young courgettes into small circles, sprinkle lightly with flour or breadcrumbs and fry in a pan on both sides. Fill them with minced cutlets. Then grease the pan from the inside with oil and sprinkle with crumbs, put the courgettes in layers and pour over the melted butter and sour cream. Extinguish until ready.
