Chops under sour cream

Cut the meat into portions. Beat each piece slightly, salt, pepper and leave for a while. Simmer the mushrooms in oil with salt and black pepper, add finely chopped parsley greens and garlic and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and put in a warm place.
