Meat with tomatoes, celery and green pepper

cut the beef into thin slices. if the meat is hard, add flour, ground pepper and soy sauce. mix thoroughly and allow to infuse. if the meat is soft, do not do this, and add soy sauce during the cooking process. cut the celery, onions, carrots and tomatoes into small cubics. heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan and fry the meat over a very high heat for 3 minutes, adding soy sauce. remove the half-finished meat from the pan and keep warm. Fry the vegetables in the liquid remaining from the roast, laying them in the following order: onions, celery, peppers and tomatoes. add 0. 5 teaspoons of salt and 0. 5 teaspoons of sodium glutamate to the vegetables. keep on a high heat, stirring quickly and gently. fry until the peppers are bright green, the peppers and celery should stay crisp. at this stage, add the meat to the vegetables, gently mix and keep on fire for another 1-2 minutes until cooked.
