We pass beef along with onions and garlic through a meat grinder twice. Minced meat salt and pepper to taste. Then we cook balls from it and take a board to make thin tortillas, roll them in boiling flour and egg and fry them in boiling butter until a ruddy crust forms. When ready, carefully turn into rolls and serve to the table in a pan with stewed potatoes.
