Beef and fat are passed through a meat grinder 2-3 times, salted and put in a cold place for 2-3 hours. Then one adds ground pepper, crushed cumin, drinking soda. Crushed garlic with salt is mixed in a small amount of meat broth, strained and poured into meat. The prepared mass is used to form mititeas in the form of small sardelets of the same size and fried on a grid. During frying, the mititeas are sprayed with meat broth. Fresh vegetables or vegetable salads are served on the side dish.
