boil the potatoes (not until ready), peel and cut the top. remove the flesh from the potatoes, mash with a soaked and squeezed bun, add minced meat, salt, pepper, egg. fill the tubers with the mixture, close with the cut top, put a baking sheet on a fat-greased tray, pour water and simmer or oven in the oven until fully ready. serve with toasted croutons and vegetable salad. minced meat can be prepared cabbage, mushroom.
