So, how to cook beef tongue boiled? Wash the tongue, put in dishes, pour cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 1/2 hour over a low heat. If salt begins to be felt in the water, drain it and pour fresh hot water. Add onions, celery, garlic, bay leaves and keep on a low heat for 2 hours. Drain the water, remove the skin from the tongue.
