Cooking beef with vegetables. Wash the meat, dry, peel the films. Heat the pan. Melt fat (or pour vegetable oil). Lay out the prepared meat.
Fry the meat in fat (vegetable oil) on all sides to slightly brown, 3-5 minutes over a medium heat on each side (about 15 minutes).
Peel the onions, wash and cut into cubes.
Clean the carrots, wash and cut into straws.
