Beef braised in polish

Cast-iron bowler is laid out with pieces of speck skin to the bottom, on them - slices of onions and carrots. Beef is spied with smoked speck, fried in a frying pan and placed in a bowler (roaster). After these wisdom, the meat is poured with a glass of a mixture of boiled water and sour cream at a ratio of 1: 1, spices are added and stewed for 10 - 15 minutes. Then they put the bowler in the oven and continue to simmer, periodically watering the meat with the formed juice and sauce. Served with braised cabbage, chips.
