Beef with bananas




Rinse, dry and peel the beef. Cut into thin slices across the fibers and beat off on both sides. Put the slices in one layer in a deep baking sheet, salt and pepper. Cut the banana into thin wedges (up to 2 mm thick) and put on the meat in one layer. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Lightly knead the cheese with a damp hand and grease with mayonnaise. Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes.
