Indian meatballs with chutney

Mix the lamb mince with carrots grated on a fine grater, finely chopped onions, garlic and cilantro, add the bun, egg and curry powder, soaked, pepper. Knead well and roll small balls with wet hands. In a large frying pan, heat the melted butter, place the balls and fry on all sides (6-8 minutes) Put meatballs on skewers, put on a dish and serve with chutney.
