Shish kebab wrapped in grease film

Prepare the meat, as for kebab, marinate it, string it on a skewer and, in order to preserve the juice in the meat, tightly wrap it with a film of nutty lard, having previously spread batter on one side of the film (flour diluted in an egg). In this case, the lard should be cut into quadrangular pieces 4 cm wide, 15-17 cm long. Such a kebab is fried over slightly burning coals.

lamb - 1 kg, onion - 2-3 bundles, salt - 1 teaspoon, red pepper - 1 teaspoon, or black pepper - 1 teaspoon, cilantro - 1 teaspoon, grape vinegar - 4 tbsp. spoons, a film of nutty lard - 1 pc.
