Liver fried with kidneys

It is made with fresh lamb buds and liver. Melt chicken lard, remove skewers, spass onions in it, then put meat, liver and kidneys in a cauldron, cut into almond-sized slices (you can put other offal). Put potato cubes and tomatoes (tomato paste), bay leaf until the specified products are half-ready. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and close with a lid. Simmer over a low heat for 30 minutes. Serve the finished dish on a table in plates of greens, fresh, raw, pickled, salted or boiled vegetables.
