Cut the meat into small pieces, fry in a saucepan with butter and pour hot water so that the water covers the meat, and simmer over a low heat. After 10-15 minutes, add finely chopped, fried bulb onions, salt, pepper, put fried pumpkin slices and tomatoes on the meat, cut in half. Simmer in the oven until tender.
