Kololak shirak
Pass lamb through a meat grinder. Peel the onion, finely chop half, slice the other half thinly and fry. Mix the lamb, finely chopped onions, yolks, salt, pepper and mix well. Roll small cylindrical cutlets from minced meat, flatten slightly and roll in flour. In a deep frying pan or refractory saucepan, heat the oil, put the sausage in one layer, fry from 2 sides. Then put the fried onions, halves of fresh tomatoes, capsicum on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
lamb - 0.5 kg, onions - 4-5 pcs., yolk - 3-4 pcs., flour - 2 tbsp. spoons, melted butter to taste, tomatoes - 0.5 kg, pepper to taste, salt to taste
