Kaurma
Cut the lamb into small pieces of 20-25 g, fry in heated fat, add finely chopped onions, broth, cover and simmer. Then add the mash tomato or some of the tomatoes. Simmer for another 10 minutes, dilute with hot broth or boiling water, add crushed garlic, remaining tomatoes, pepper, finely chopped greens, salt and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, let it brew in a warm place for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle chopped greens on the table before serving.
