Cooking stifado in Greek. We will cut the meat into large pieces, add peeled and massaged tomatoes, orange cut into four parts, olive oil, salt, vinegar and all spices (the skin is not removed from the garlic lobes). Simmer under a tightly closed lid over a low heat. After about an hour, add the peeled bulbs and simmer everything again for about an hour. Then we take out a whole pepper, bay leaf, garlic and cinnamon from the finished stifado and serve, placing meat on one side, bulbs on the other (take them out of the pan carefully so that they do not fall apart, but remain intact). Decorate the stifado with a "flower" of cut orange. The stifado is served in Greek with white bread and white wine.
