Cut the lamb loin or brisket into small pieces. Peel, finely chop and fry the onions, finely chop the greens, cut the tomatoes in half. In a small saucepan, heat the melted butter (about half a glass) and fry the lamb. Add the prepared onions, tomatoes and herbs, salt, pepper, close tightly with a lid and simmer until tender.
