Lamb braised with prunes

Lamb is cut into small pieces, laid out in a pan with heated fat, salted and fried. Then one performs transfer into portion pots, chopped onions and tomato paste addition. All are poured with a small amount of broth and stewed for 20-30 minutes. The washed prunes, browned flour are then added and baked until cooked. Vinegar, spices and sugar are added 10-15 minutes before readiness.
