The meat is washed, salted and baked in a hot oven, periodically watered with fat. The peeled potatoes are cut into 4- 6 parts, the onions are roughly chopped enough and fried in oil in a hot oven until ruddy, then they are salted, sprinkled with finely chopped dill and parsley greens. It is served with sliced thin pieces of lamb.
