Green bean musaka with potatoes

fry the peeled and cut potatoes on one side. sew the chopped green beans separately until soft. then fold half of the fried potatoes into a sauté pan or baking tray, put the beans on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with chopped tomatoes. cover all this with the remaining potatoes and sprinkle with black pepper. drizzle the musaku with butter, pour a liaison of eggs and milk and bake in a roasting cupboard. musaka can be prepared in another combination of vegetables: eggplant with potatoes, green peas with cauliflower, etc.
