cook ordinary mashed potatoes with milk and butter, boil carrots and parsley separately. thinly cut the onions, fry with a small amount of melted fat and add carrots and parsley, previously passed through the meat grinder. salt to taste. grease the bottom and the walls of a shallow saucepan with melted lard, sprinkle with crushed crumbs and put a piece of mashed potatoes on the bottom. Put the vegetables passed through the meat grinder on top and cover them with the remaining mashed potatoes/pour tomato mashed potatoes with diluted water and put them in the oven. tip the ready-made musaka onto a dish.
