Croquettes potato - crispy balls of potatoes deep fried. With homemade mushroom sauce, potato croquettes are particularly delicious.

Plan the potato croquettes in flour, then soak in egg proteins and plan in breadcrumbs. Prepared croquettes are deep fried potatoes. Preparation of mushroom sauce: wash the mushrooms, go through, soak in cold water (3-4 hours), rinse again. Strain the water in which the mushrooms were soaked, pour washed mushrooms with it and cook them until softened. Remove the mushrooms, and add flour sautéed on fat to the decoction and cook until ready. Strain the decoction, bring it to a boil again, adding salt to taste and sautéed onions with mushrooms, and cook for 10-15 minutes. When vacating, potato croquettes are watered with sauce or served separately.
