grate raw potatoes and roll back on a sieve. after the liquid is drained, add raw eggs, salt, mix. for minced meat, pass raw pork through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, sautéed onions. roll small balls from the potato mass, stuff them with pork, bake in flour, wet in eggs, roll in crumbs and fry in fat, then fold in a saucepan, pour over the fat and simmer. serve hot with whipped sour cream.
