Potato croquettes with meat

Raw potatoes are grated, squeezed, raw eggs, salt are added and mixed. Pork is passed through a meat grinder, salt, pepper, sautéed onions are placed. Small balls are formed from potato mass, stuffed with pork, mealed in flour, dipped into beaten eggs, rolled in crumbs and fried in fat. Then they put in a saucepan, pour fat and simmer over a low heat. It is served hot with whipped sour cream.
