Potato croquettes with butter

cook potatoes in the same way as for cutlets. divide the potato mass into pieces the size of an egg, roll up the balls, dip into a beaten egg, roll in crumbs and fry in vegetable oil until golden. put ready-made croquettes on plates of 4-5 pieces per serving, pour butter, put fresh tomatoes on the side and sprinkle parsley and dill with greens.
