Cutlet sandwiches
Cut cutlets in half. Cut into 12 pieces of French baguette. Peel the onions, cut into rings and fry until golden. Cut the tomatoes into circles. Put the fried onions on the baguette slices, grease with mayonnaise, put 1 round of tomato, salt, put half the cutlets, cover with a slice of cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
