Fish cutlets (serves 4)

let the fish fillet pass through a meat grinder. drive 2 eggs into the fish mass (beat the protein separately), add 2 bulbs grated on a coarse grater, salt, pepper. it's all good to mix it out. roll the cutlets in flour and fry in a pan over low heat. cut into cubes of 4 onions, fry in oil until golden. put the cutlets on the dish and put a teaspoon of fried onions each. sprinkle with herbs and serve as a snack or with any side dish.
