Japanese fish cutlets

Fish fillet is passed through a meat grinder, mixed with corn flour, egg yolks, vegetable oil, wine, proteins beaten with sugar. The mass is poured into a pan with oil and fried till golden colour on both sides. After cooling, cut into strips and served with a green salad.
