Make cakes from the obtained mass, put mince on the middle of each, form cutlets, wet in a beaten egg and fry in vegetable oil. To make the mince, lightly fry the finely chopped onions. Finely chop hard-boiled eggs and add garlic. Mix well and salt. Serve the cutlets with the combined side dish (roast potatoes, green peas, salted cucumber, boiled beets and carrots).
