Horned cod cutlets

Cut the fish into skinless fillet, cut into pieces and beat away. Put the minced potatoes and cod liver on one half of the pieces, stewed cabbage with mushrooms on the other, wrap, shape the products into sausages, wet in an egg, plan in crumbs and fry on both sides until a ruddy crust forms. Side with boiled or fried potatoes, garnish with parsley greens and green peas. Serve the mushroom sauce separately. Preparation of minced meat.
1. Pass the boiled potatoes through a meat grinder, add the fried onions, cod liver, salt, pepper and mix well.
