Potato cutlets with nettles

make mashed potatoes from raw potatoes. boil the nettle leaves in boiling water, then finely chop, mash and simmer for a few minutes with the toasted onions. mix all this with mashed potatoes, adding egg, fat, wheat flour, salt and spices to taste. cut into cutlets and fry. serve at the table with sour cream, mushroom sauce or toasted onions.
