Potato cutlets

peel, wash and cook the potatoes. drain the decoction, dry the potatoes and wipe them hot, as on mashed potatoes. add eggs, fried onions to slightly chilled mashed potatoes, good. stir and cut into cutlets. cut cutlets in flour or crumbs and fry on both sides until golden crust forms. when serving, pour butter or sour cream over potato cutlets, sprinkle with parsley or dill greens

potatoes - 8-10 pcs., eggs - 2 pcs., flour - 2 tbsp. spoons, or breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. spoons, onions - 1 pc., butter - 3-4 tbsp. spoons, sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste, greens to taste
